Start pens

The start pens are colour coded to match the colour on your race bib. The start pens for the recreational categories are allocated on the basis of the specified target time. Please note! Runners are not permitted to join an earlier group. However, it is possible to join a later group.

Changing and showering facilities

Next to the Sporthal De Watertoren sports centre, on the VV Egmondia football pitch, there is a large heated tent where participants can change. There will be limited opportunities to shower in the club’s changing rooms. Business and charity teams can use the changing and showering facilities at the sports centre. There is also a special Business Tent for business teams next to the sports centre.

Bag drop

You can hand in or leave your bag at:

1. The monitored bag drop tents in front of the Sporthal De Watertoren sports centre.
2. In the tent on the VV Egmondia football pitch (this area is not monitored).

When you hand in your bag at the Sporthal De Watertoren sports centre, the bag drop team will put a sticker with a number on your race bib and a matching sticker on your bag. To collect your bag, simply present the sticker on your bib after the race.
